A. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by VaproShine, including doorstep car wash, steam cleaning, and detailing services. By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

B. Services

VaproShine provides eco-friendly doorstep car care services at the customer’s chosen location, subject to feasibility, safety, and availability.

• Services are performed using professional equipment and trained staff.
• Service duration may vary based on vehicle condition.
• Packages and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.

C. Booking & Scheduling

Bookings can be made online, via WhatsApp, or phone. A booking is confirmed only after acknowledgment from VaproShine.

• Time slots are indicative and may shift due to traffic or weather.
• Customers must ensure vehicle availability at the scheduled time.
• Incorrect location or inaccessible parking may lead to rescheduling.

D. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure smooth service delivery, customers agree to:

• Provide safe access to the vehicle.
• Remove valuable or personal items before service.
• Inform us of existing damage, sensitive parts, or modifications.

E. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule bookings by informing us in advance.

• Same-day cancellations may attract a service charge.
• Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

F. Payments

Payments must be made as agreed at the time of booking.

• Prices are inclusive of service unless stated otherwise.
• Additional charges may apply for heavily soiled vehicles.
• Refunds are issued only at VaproShine’s discretion.

G. Liability & Damage

While we take utmost care, VaproShine is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage or wear.
• Electrical or mechanical failures.
• Issues caused by aftermarket accessories.

Any service-related concerns must be reported immediately upon completion.

H. Health, Safety & Environment

Our eco-friendly processes minimize water usage and chemical impact. Service may be declined if conditions are unsafe for staff or property.

I. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, images, and materials belong to VaproShine and may not be used without permission.

J. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Vadodara, Gujarat.
